Job Description
As a Hair Stylist at Jawed Habib Salon, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments, including hairstyling, hair removal (waxing, laser), makeup, facials, manicures, and pedicures. You will consult with clients, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and sanitized work area are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and assist with bookings.
- Perform various beauty treatments (hairstyling, hair removal, etc.).
- Consult with clients on their needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.
- Maintain client records and manage inventory.
- Promote relevant beauty products and services.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience as a Beautician/Hair Stylist
- Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, and hair removal techniques
- Knowledge of skincare therapies (moisturizing, exfoliating, peeling)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a relevant field is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹55,000 per month, plus incentives. This is a full-time position with 6 working days a week (11:00 AM – 08:30 PM).
