About the Role
As an AC Technician at Bamboo Pot, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units and refrigerators. You will also be involved in the repair of washing machines. This is a field-based position requiring you to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Installation of AC units and refrigerators
- Servicing and maintenance of AC units and refrigerators
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in AC units, refrigerators, and washing machines
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed
Qualifications
- 0-6+ years of experience in AC and refrigerator repair and maintenance
- Experience in washing machine repair is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (bike)
- Possession of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹45,000 per month, plus incentives. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (day shift).
