Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Informing customers about products and services
- Understanding customer needs and resolving queries efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 12th Pass or higher
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support or telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle domestic and international calls
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
