Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our IT products and services, and managing inbound inquiries. This is a full-time position offering excellent growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote IT products and services.
- Explain product features and benefits (software, hardware, IT services).
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain a CRM database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle inbound queries and provide product/service information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
6-day work week, Day Shift
