About the Role
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. You will utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits, to achieve ambitious sales targets. This is a field-based role requiring a proactive and energetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels and develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately report performance metrics and provide valuable feedback to management.
- Maintain and expand the client database.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in field sales (all education levels welcome).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.
- Possession of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and a Bank Account.
