Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Accurately track and report performance metrics to management.
- Maintain and expand the client database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6-12 months of experience in field sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong area knowledge of Pune (Kharadi preferred).
- Proficiency in using computers and sales technology.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal two-wheeler transportation.
