Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Sales Coordinators/Executives to contribute to our continued success. This field-based role requires individuals with strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to build relationships with clients, generate leads, and close deals. Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Accurately track and report performance metrics to management.
• Effectively manage and grow the client database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of field sales experience (minimum).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
• Strong area knowledge of Wakad, Pune.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.
• Possession of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account.

Compensation and Benefits

Enjoy a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, plus performance-based incentives. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.
