Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to contribute to the continued success of G1 Pathology Lab Services. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and incentive structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update information accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
• Support various administrative tasks as needed.
• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Lead generation through outbound calling and telemarketing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 2-6+ years of experience in telesales/telemarketing in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and Marathi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives. Full-time position, day shift, 6 days a week.
