Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Executive
- Explaining the SparesHub Franchise Program to potential leads.
- Building SparesHub Franchise stores across India through effective Lead Generation.
- Acquiring new franchise customers through video calls, meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Achieving targets for new franchise registrations and payment processing.
- Driving sales through franchise partners for automobile spare parts and providing excellent customer service.
- Overseeing/coordinating marketing and sales operations to achieve target profitability and overall growth.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with franchise partners.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for achieving targets and improving market share through effective B2B Sales strategies.
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Executive Role
- 3-6 years of relevant inside sales experience.
- Excellent speaking and listening skills in multiple languages.
- Prior tele-calling experience is essential.
- Proven track record in product or service selling with clear monthly/quarterly targets.
- Self-driven and able to work independently to achieve results.
- Experience in high-growth startups and/or MNCs in the FMCG sector is preferred.
