Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads for Jason School courses.
- Explain all training programs clearly to the candidates.
- Assist in converting enquiries into admissions through confident pitching.
- Manage follow-up calls, WhatsApp communication, and lead nurturing.
- Support the senior advisor in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with accounts for fee payments and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for every newly admitted student.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Utilize computer knowledge to maintain records and generate reports.
- Perform cold calling to generate new leads.
Requirements for Career Counsellor Jobs in Pune
- Graduate degree or above.
- 0-6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
