About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and success while building a rewarding career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits with potential clients and showcase our projects.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare and deliver compelling corporate presentations, proposals, and documents, managing client expectations effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
- Maximize revenue generation through effective sales strategies and resource optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
