Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing comprehensive support for billing, package-related, and technical queries. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. You’ll personalize interactions, manage productivity, and identify potential sales opportunities. Accuracy, ownership, and a willingness to embrace feedback are crucial. You will be working within our Service Desk team acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients. This role may require working across various support channels including phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end customer support for billing, package, and technical issues.
  • Personalize interactions and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage productivity and identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize various applications and adhere to compliance measures.
