Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Accounts and Finance Executive to manage our daily financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations (including GST and TDS), and proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including payments, deposits, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings (GST, TDS).
- Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company’s liquidity and financial health.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
