Yashaswi Group, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team in Wagholi, Pune. Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and administer assessments.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing techniques and sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
