Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage shift operations in the warehouse.
• Allocate tasks to team members and monitor work progress.
• Ensure smooth coordination between dispatch, inventory, and operations teams.
• Maintain shift-wise reports and update management on production/dispatch status.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle any operational issues or delays during the shift.
• Ensure resources, manpower, and materials are optimally utilized.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Shift Incharge or in a similar role in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and ERP/Excel preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.

Benefits

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• PF
• 6-day work week, Day Shift

• Safety shoes are compulsory at the time of interview.
