Responsibilities
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates through online platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate assessments.
- Advertise job openings on various job portals.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Contribute to the identification of future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-6 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and social media.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
