About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Solarsquare, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will be a key part of ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions to their queries.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product and service information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Gujarati, Kannada.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
