Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for effectively communicating product and service information to customers via inbound and outbound calls. You will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions to their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or higher
• 0-6+ years of experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
• Proficiency in using telephones and CRM systems (training provided)
