About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled International BPO Executives to handle inbound customer calls, provide top-notch support, and resolve queries related to life insurance policies. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Provide customers with precise and helpful information to resolve their problems.
• Meet performance targets and collaborate with other departments to handle complex situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
• 0-6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field (telecaller experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working a rotational shift, 5 days a week.
