Accountant – Job Description
As an Accountant at Vision Infra, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include financial statement preparation, cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, compliance, data analysis, and decision support. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Conduct cost accounting and inventory management
- Develop budgets and forecasts
- Analyze actual financial results against planned figures
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making
- Streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheets, Tally, MS Excel)
- CMA/CA Fresher
- Post Graduate degree or above
Job Details
- Location: Bhawani Peth, Pune
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Benefits: Insurance, PF
