Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough internal audits and risk assessments across various departments.
• Scrutinize financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Proactively identify control weaknesses and propose effective improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present key findings to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of recommended audit improvements and track their effectiveness.
• Remain current on all relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in auditing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements (balance sheets, cash flow statements), and tax regulations (including GST, VAT, Sales Tax, TDS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
