Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a key member of our finance team, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including payments, deposits, and expense processing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings (GST, VAT, Sales Tax, TDS).
• Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company’s liquidity and overall financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally and other relevant accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and Indian tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
