Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting background checks. You will be responsible for creating engaging job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various online platforms, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive approach and a keen eye for talent. Bulk hiring experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates using various online platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
- Advertise job openings effectively.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent sourcing techniques and sound judgment.
- Experience in the BFSI industry is a plus.
