Job Summary

We are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory, order fulfillment, and quality control procedures. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt, storage, order packing, and inventory records.
• Oversee safety training for material handlers, especially regarding hazardous materials.
• Identify and dispatch high-quality goods, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and location management within the warehouse.
• Ensure timely processing of all receipts and documentation.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices in quality control and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• 1-6+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking software.
• Experience with order picking, processing, packaging, sorting, stock taking, and freight forwarding.

Additional Details

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Full-time position
• 6-day work week, day shift
• Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune
• Male candidates only.
