About the Role

As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include receiving, packing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate stock records, training team members on proper material handling (including hazardous materials), conducting quality checks, and processing inventory updates. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate stock records.
• Train team members in proper material handling techniques.
• Ensure goods are correctly labeled and stored.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product excellence.
• Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems (a plus).
