Operation Executive – Kyonac Baner, Pune

As an Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating supply chain activities, managing inventory levels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating effectively with various departments to optimize workflows. This role is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute to a successful pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain activities
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher
- 0-1 years of experience in back office or data entry (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance. The position is a full-time role with six working days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
