Job Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple client assignments, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage 30-35 client assignments effectively.
- Handle monthly invoice submissions and payment collections.
- Develop and implement deployment plans and workforce rotation schedules.
- Manage incidents, provide onsite training, and conduct night checks.
- Create and maintain accurate scheduling inputs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support new client deployments and price revision strategies.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Commerce.
- 5-10 years of experience in field operations.
- Strong understanding of security risk assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with G4S Guarding Handbook preferred.
- Strong manpower management and communication skills.
- Excellent crisis handling and customer-focused approach.
- Basic English communication (spoken & written).
Additional Information
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Location: Sangamwadi, Pune
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
