Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. You will also assist with general office administration and employee engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire hiring process for various roles within the company.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including cold calling and online platforms.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
• Supporting office administration tasks.
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilizing HRMS systems for efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with payroll management (preferred).
• Experience with HRMS systems (preferred).

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Location: Phugewadi, Pune
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 10:06 AM – 6:45 PM
• Openings: 1
