Responsibilities

As a Transport Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the efficient storage and handling of inventory within the warehouse.
• Overseeing the timely and accurate dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborating closely with the supply chain team to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilizing inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
• Ensuring the safety and security of warehouse operations and personnel.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse personnel (if applicable).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of a 12th-grade education.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (experience with specific systems is a plus).
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, rotational shifts
• Location: Chakan, Pune
