Job Description
As an HR/Admin professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and the wider office.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The position is full-time with a 6-day work week (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
