Telecalling Executive
We are seeking a persuasive and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team in Pune. You will play a vital role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and clients, gathering valuable feedback, and generating leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the healthcare sector within a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Contact healthcare professionals and clients via telephone to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals on products and services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher education level.
- 0-6 months of experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products (preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided).
