About the Role
As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned cluster by building strong customer relationships, identifying new prospects, and implementing effective sales strategies. This involves direct interaction with clients through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits. You will be a key player in expanding our reach and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Accurately track and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Maintain and update the client database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in field sales (education sector experience preferred).
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own transportation is required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
