Business Developer – Blazing a Trail in Real Estate Sales
Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for real estate? Riseonic Estate is searching for five highly motivated Business Developers to join our team in Balewadi, Pune. This is a field sales role offering excellent earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Accurately track and report performance metrics to management.
- Effectively manage and expand the client database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (two-wheeler preferred).
