Regional Language Sales Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to fill multiple Regional Language Sales Representative positions in our Kharadi, Pune office. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving business growth within the health/term insurance sector, and exceeding sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level sales professionals to launch their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through various channels.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell health/term insurance products or services to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
- Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills in [Specify Regional Languages – e.g., Marathi, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (a plus).
