Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver grocery orders according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Verify order accuracy before and after delivery.
- Handle cash payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Complete necessary delivery reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle)
- Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account
