Delivery Associate – 20 Openings
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Associates to join our growing team in Kharabwadi, Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment, with flexible shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport grocery items to customers within designated timeframes.
- Accurately verify orders before and after delivery, ensuring correct items and charges.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Handle payments from customers, where applicable.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Prepare delivery reports and other required documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th Standard (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Valid two-wheeler driving license, Aadhar card, PAN card, RC, and Bank Account are required.
- Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
