Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, transport, and deliver groceries to customers within assigned routes and timeframes.
- Verify order accuracy before and after delivery, ensuring correct items and charges are delivered to the right customer.
- Assist with loading and unloading of groceries from vehicles.
- Accept payments for delivered items (if applicable).
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare and submit accurate delivery reports as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Prior experience in delivery is a plus but not required.
- Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler is required.
