About the Role
As a Blinkit Grocery Delivery Partner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for picking up and delivering groceries within designated areas in Ambegaon, Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible, part-time or full-time role with excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Pick up grocery orders from Blinkit’s Ambegaon facility.
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle (your own bike).
- Navigate efficiently using provided technology and map applications.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
Earnings: ₹50,000 – ₹67,000 per month + Weekly Incentives (potential to earn ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 weekly)
Incentive Structure:
- 500m – 1km: ₹20-25
- 1km – 3km: ₹25-35
- 3km – 5km: ₹35-50
- Over 5km: ₹10/km additional
Additional Benefits:
- Daily and weekly performance-based incentives.
- Life insurance policy of ₹1 lakh and accidental life insurance policy of ₹10 lakh.
- Weekly salary payments.
Qualifications
- Own a bike (mandatory).
- Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank account.
- Good knowledge of Ambegaon, Pune.
- Strong navigation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 0-6 months of delivery experience preferred (but not required).
- Male candidates only.
