Real Estate Sales Executive
We are searching for enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Sales Executives to expand our client base and achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and the chance to make a significant impact within a thriving company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through consistent communication.
- Promote our product and service offerings, tailoring them to individual client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to optimize sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Regularly provide feedback and insights to management.
Qualifications
- 1-6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills.
- Lead generation and cold-calling experience.
- Valid PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and 2-Wheeler Driving License.
- Active Bank Account.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Benefits: Company provided cab
