About the Role
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with dealers and distributors, achieving sales targets, and leading a team to success. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage and mentor a sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Generate leads and close sales.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4-6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license, PAN card, Aadhar card, and bank account.
