About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing comprehensive information about our properties. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales by building rapport with clients and scheduling meetings for our sales team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, effectively qualifying leads.
- Provide detailed information on property details, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database using CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings for sales and property managers.
- Provide lead updates and support to the sales team.
- Foster strong client relationships.
- Track market trends and report performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (essential).
- Basic sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is beneficial.
- Graduate degree or higher.
