Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the overall success of our company. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Building and nurturing client relationships.
• Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Managing leads and customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on sales initiatives.
• Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
