Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Promoting our diverse portfolio of properties and services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Monitoring market trends and adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Providing regular feedback and insights to management to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred, but not required).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Strong lead generation and cold calling skills.
