Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads through cold calling and client visits.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Effectively presenting and selling our properties.
- Following up with clients and closing deals.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- 12th Pass or higher education.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license (preferred).
