Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and partners to ensure successful brand building and lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Oversee promotions, events, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities.
• Collect and analyze market data and competitor insights.
• Support lead generation efforts and enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and develop advertising strategies.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and AI tools (specific tools preferred but not required).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Apte Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune (On-site role)
