Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the large-scale production of quality goods using machinery and manual labor.
- Efficiently sort and package finished products.
- Accurately follow work instructions and promptly assist the supervisor with assigned tasks.
- Perform various manual tasks within the factory environment.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in a labor/helper role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Male candidates only.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience and interview)
- 6-day work week, day shift.
