Key Responsibilities
- Menu Standardization: Audit and refine recipes, create and implement SOPs, and compile detailed recipe booklets.
- Dish Presentation: Enhance visual appeal and plating techniques for all menu items.
- Recipe Development: Create innovative sandwiches, wraps, and dishes inspired by continental, Lebanese, and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Team Training: Train kitchen staff on recipes, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene, and conduct customer service workshops.
- Hygiene and Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in culinary arts, specializing in continental, Lebanese, and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Experience in menu standardization, team training, and recipe development.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to implement and monitor SOPs.
- Creative flair for innovative dishes and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen understanding of hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Proficiency in English (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as a Cook or Chef.
