Job Description

As a Commi 2, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Setting up the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assisting in menu development and adaptation.
• Supervising cooks and delegating tasks as needed.
• Maintaining the freshness of ingredients and discarding out-of-date items.
• Slightly modifying recipes to meet specific customer dietary needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Cook or Chef.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Continental, South Indian, and Tandoor cuisine.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with advanced and non-traditional cooking techniques.
• A culinary school diploma or certification (preferred).

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Schedule: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM, 6 days a week
• Location: Wakad, Pune
• Openings: 4
• Male candidates only
