Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing shipment tracking, delivery updates, and service issues.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, including Proof of Deliveries (PODs), complaint logs, and service records.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or B.A. preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Fundamental understanding of logistics processes (dispatch, delivery, PODs)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM/ticketing systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer complaints
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach

Benefits
