Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales through diverse methods (cold calling, presentations, door-to-door visits).
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, consistently meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize results and drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide valuable feedback to management.
• Effectively manage and expand our client database.
• Provide best Industrial/IT Solutions, negotiate quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and growth plans.
• Maintain consistent email follow-up with prospects.

Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing) or equivalent postgraduate degree with a focus in Marketing or Sales.
• 2-3 years of field sales experience in the IT industry preferred.
• Proven success in lead generation and closing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and sales technologies.
• Familiarity with various sales techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview).

Benefits: PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Account assistance.

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM, 6 days a week.

Additional Information
